It’s my job to help attract, retain and develop the brightest and the best people for Enterprise. I’ve been here for nine years so I’ve got a pretty good idea of the skill set that a good candidate needs. I’d say the most important characteristics are open mindedness, the ability to inject some fun into customer service and an understanding that this is a sales role.

There’s so much knowledge and experience in this company that I’d love to spend a day speaking to all the senior management to get their views on where we’ve been and where we’re going. This kind of high level communication with individuals is crucial to the company’s success.
