We are looking for a talented individual to take on a new position of Product Trainer to work as part of the our Bodyshop Management Solutions Ltd division. Bodyshop Management Solutions based in Dartford is the foremost supplier of professional IT systems, designed to increase the profitability and efficiency of the modern bodyshop. By combining our technology and insurance services under a single division, we have created a dynamic and comprehensive technology solution for our insurance and collision repair partners, as well as strengthened our mobility and replacement models for the future.  

As part of this new and exciting role you will be responsible for the creation and delivery of internal and external training of our BMS products, as well as assisting with the implementation of the product. You will possess some knowledge of the bodyshop industry, and some account management experience is preferential, however full training on the product will be provided. 

This role will be based out of our BMS office in Dartford, however there is significant travel with the role. 


Responsibilities for this role will include but are not limited to: 

  • Manage the creation and delivery of all internal and external training to ensure that all training is aligned with both BMS and Client objectives. This training will include BMS product training (face to face and written) from the implementation of the new product through to the roll out of product updates to demonstrate profitability and increased efficiencies through using the system 
  • Undertake quality assurance audits on each campaign specifically around staff training and training delivery
  • Work with Sales and Account Management Team to ensure that the standard of team performance exceeds client expectations
  • Develop a team of trainers, from Head Office and Field Teams, to increase the flexibility of scheduling events
  • Develop new training of systems and processes to ensure that Client product and sales processes are delivered effectively
  • Deliver field product training to staff and customers at events nationwide. Some overnight events will be required
  • Support BMS Business Development strategy
  • Identifying opportunities and new services for incremental business with existing clients and work with internal stakeholders to deliver into new revenue streams
  • Identify potential new clients and develop into new revenue streams for the Company working in conjunction with the Sales team


The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A working knowledge of the bodyshop industry and management systems would be preferential
  • A background in customer service/ account management.
  • An extremely positive attitude and passion for our business success
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
  • An ability to analyse needs, develop and deliver training, and evaluate results
  • An ability to lead meetings and discussions with management teams
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills; the ability to multi-task is imperative
  • A strong attention to detail, thoroughness in work
  • A high level of integrity in managing confidential information
  • An Ability to interpret and apply Enterprise policies into daily situations
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and engaging employees from diverse backgrounds
  • An ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
  • PC skills, including PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel and others
  • An ability to consult and communicate with upper management in all business areas in the group
  • A professional image and excitement with regards to training our future Enterprise leaders


  • Some bodyshop knowledge is necessary for this role. Product knowledge will be taught but previous management system knowledge is preferred but not essential. 
  • A background in customer service/ account management.
  • A driver’s license and be willing to travel
  • Some experience of delivering training
