Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Management Accounting Coordinator to join the European Information Technology Business Management.

The EU IT Business Management Team collaborates closely with Corporate IT and operates as a part of Global IT. The Team act as key business partners with Business and European groups for Pan-European and Global IT projects.

The EU IT Business Management Team is responsible for the financial management of all areas of European IT, including completion of expense analysis, management of forecasts and introduction of new expense management initiatives, cost controls and accounting processes for a variety of IT projects. The Team also covers areas of IT contract management, conducting contract reviews and negotiations with EU and US Legal teams, ensuring we achieve the maximum value from our agreements.

Responsibilities

  • Upholding fiduciary responsibility by providing accurate financial reporting
  • Ensure appropriate general ledger allocations and cost centre accuracy
  • Assist where required in internal and external audits for business and IT cost compliance
  • Financial and contractual management activities within pan-European and Global IT Projects
  • Global IT governance and consistency in IT financial management across the company
  • Maintain and improve a strong system of internal controls
  • Be a valued Business Partner to the business, daily rental and IT

Salary: Depending on experience - up to £27000 per annum
