We are looking for an exceptional Insights Manager at Enterprise Holdings’ European Headquarters in Egham, Surrey. You will be a key member of the Insights team and be responsible for supporting business and marketing partners by providing insights that facilitate data-driven business strategies and decisions. This is an exciting time to play a part in the growth and evolution of the Global Insights Team and provide exposure to each and every aspect of our business. You will play a crucial role within the European Team but also on a Global level, working closely with our North American and Franchise Teams.

This role will see you serving as the voice of the market as it relates to brand health, consumer behavior and attitudes, market trends, communications effectiveness and competitive strategies. The Insights Manager has broad responsibility in supporting a variety of efforts across these areas. Additionally, you will be responsible for designing studies, gathering primary and secondary research, and ensuring that we are deriving and delivering actionable insights to help identify opportunities and drive growth.

We will be looking for you to provide leadership and direction to others within Marketing and the business in all aspects of research, consumer insight and data collection. You will be a self-motivated, analytical thinker with exceptional interpersonal skills and proven success in managing research programs from start to finish.


  • Write coherent, concise and unbiased research questionnaires. Evaluate and improve (where necessary) questionnaires submitted by outside research partners
  • Lead all aspects of assigned research initiatives including setting objectives, determining methodology, assignment of research partners when applicable and general project management (timelines, budget, resources).
  • Collaborate on and help develop research content for the EH customer communities
  • Supervise Consumer Insights personnel to develop and realize their potential. This requires managing employee(s) on day-to-day activities, overseeing project goals, methodologies and reporting and senior management of our vendor partner.
  • Translate data to insights based on solid research design and analysis along with business knowledge to help shape marketing and business strategies
  • Provide direction and guidance that is grounded in our intimate and expert understanding of our target consumers.
  • Receive and evaluate sales inquiries and presentations from research companies soliciting business
  • Help to enhance the visibility, credibility and value of the Global Insights Team through delivery of actionable insights

  • Strong data-led storytelling skills which allow you to influence across levels and functions
  • Exceptional analytical skills
  • A passion for research, as well as strong observational skills and strategic thinking
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and management skills, with proven ability to influence at senior level as well as the ability to develop successful relationships with internal colleagues and departments

Additional information:

  • Travel will be an expectation of this role with an initial 2 weeks spent in St. Louis, Missouri and subsequent visits circa once per quarter
