During the last 12 months the Technical Division of Flex-E-Rent has really stamped its presence in the industry as a supply partner of choice. The Technical Team has gone from strength to strength with the completion of the SHB integration, achieving over 50% in rental growth FYTD.

The primary focus of this role is to grow our technical footprint in this area through high paced activity with a specific focus in the HGV, Specialist and Fleet Solutions offerings. There will also be additional responsibility to drive growth in some existing portfolio account relationships where required. This is a truly exciting time to be joining the team when the business has already heavily invested in new vehicle growth for 2022 and our presence in both sectors has earned us a reputation as a key go to supplier within the market.  

In addition to being responsible for the growth in this area, the successful candidate will have exceptional attention to detail, proven success in project managing new business wins through to delivery and working closely with the local sales team and all departments required to create a long standing sustainable relationship with any new customer.

Responsibilities

  • HGV & Specialist vehicle growth through new business
  • Manage the relationship of existing Technical accounts
  • Implement and execute a new business sales strategy to achieve target
  • Introduce new business lines to Technical customers
  • Develop multi-level relationships across all customers

Qualifications

  • Experience and results in selling HGV and Specialist vehicle products
  • Proven written and presentation skills
  • Must be a team player with proven collaboration and leadership skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
  • Exceptional communications both verbal and written
  • Travel is required
