The European Marketing Team team is now accepting applications for a Marketing Specialist. This role will be based at our European Headquarters in Egham, Surrey.

The successful candidate will develop and implement Enterprise Holdings' business-to-business marketing (i.e. referral sources such as insurance companies, tour/broker and corporate accounts) and/or business-to-consumer marketing initiatives (i.e. affinity) as detailed below. This person will have exceptional account services skills, executional capabilities, proven success in managing creative, production/print development and strong project management skills. This position is similar to an Account Executive in a creative agency setting or an Assistant Brand Manager in a packaged goods or services corporation. 


  • Independently manage and prioritize business-to-business and/or business-to-consumer marketing projects from our business stakeholders (i.e. business rental, replacement, international sales, affinity, etc.) and from corporate senior management on a variety of marketing needs:
    • Consult to determine and recommend the best approach to meet objectives
    • Lead the development and implementation of marketing communications including events, trade media/giveaways, sales collateral, print ads, digital marketing, point-of-purchase and promotions.
    • Manage solution execution from beginning to end, including efforts by agency and/or in-house creative team ensuring projects are completed accurately on time and within budget
    • Ensure all creative elements are brand and legally compliant before being delivered; work with creative team to ensure all pieces are printed/shipped on time and budget
  • Work with cross-functional teams (i.e. digital marketing, PR/comms, creative/media/sponsorship, etc.) where needed to research and develop ideas for marketing solutions
  • Provide monthly status on key brand initiatives (end of month) and updates to internal/external stakeholders on strategic projects
  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned


  • Must have a solid understanding of marketing fundamentals, and able to lead a creative project from start to finish
  • Proven experience with creative development and/or copy writing skills, including writing Creative Briefs
  • Highly effective written and verbal communication

 This role will be based in Egham, Surrey with the ability to work remotely circa 2 days per week.
