Systems Administrator (Audio Visual and End User)

We have an exciting opportunity to join the European IT Infrastructure team as a Systems Administrator with primary responsibilities for supporting our Audio Visual environment and End user community at our Campus in Egham.  This is an onsite role based in Egham, requiring presence onsite all working days.

As a Systems Administrator you will be responsible for proactively maintaining the operational performance of our current environment and providing deskside reactive support for end users.  You will need to have strong customer service and communication skills as you will be required to liaise closely with all levels of business and technical colleagues.

To be successful in this role you will ideally have had previous experience supporting audio visual technology within a corporate office environment, having a proven track record of helping end users.  You will have a desire to maintain a hands-on approach to supporting the solutions.

Specific Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Proactive maintenance and reporting to ensure the AV environment is always of the highest standard and functioning correctly
  • Provide reactive support across the campus
  • Provide live event support when necessary
  • Provide training and user guidance
  • Work with our global IT teams to deploy AV technologies
  • Support other campus technologies


Skills & Experience

  • Be driven, positive and with a can do attitude
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Proficient understanding of audio visual technologies
  • Experience supporting AV technology in a reactive situation
  • Experience providing direct deskside support to all levels of business colleagues.
