Enterprise Rent-A-Car has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Representative. The Customer Service Representative (CSR) provides a superior, friendly, and efficient transaction using the company approved service techniques. The CSR performs all responsibilities with a focus on the wants and needs of our customers and in accordance with our Quality Standards. The CSR will also deliver and collect company vehicles from clients, delivering excellent customer service. 

Some work is performed in an outside area with exposure to all types of weather and temperatures. 

Salary will be £8.21 an hour, working to 48 hours per week. 

Responsibilities

  • Provide a high level of customer service.
  • Delivering and collecting vehicles from corporate clients.
  • Performing vehicle safety checks adhering to Enterprise Safety Standards
  • Assist to assess the condition of a rental vehicle upon return
  • Understand and communicate rental terms and conditions, vehicle features and other services.
  • Responsible for notifying Management of any known vehicle problems and any required vehicle maintenance 
  • An understanding and responsibility of all products and services which may benefit the customers rental
  • Perform other customer service related duties to ensure our service meets the need of the customer
  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
  • Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality
  • Must be able to work independently

Qualifications

Proven typing/computer skills

Minimum education of GCSEs or equivalent

Previous customer service experience

Valid UK drivers license with minimal points/endorsements
