Previous employees in this role have taken advantage of our Promote from Within Culture with recent promotions into various departments including revenue management, business management, daily rental and management roles within the rental support divisions themselves.

Our rental support department includes commercial and specialist vehicles, month or more and an out of hours division. The department has grown rapidly over the years and is the largest of its kind globally. This role will report into our month or more management team. This tight-knit division is made up of 6 employees.

This is a rare opportunity, as all our rental support divisions continue to enjoy excellent employee retention rates.

This position will be based at our well appointed regional head-office in Staines-Upon-Thames.


  • Maintaining and running the administrative side of the Month or More fleet
  • Management of 28 day contract rewrites
  • Reservation management, customer and account enquires
  • Liaise with rental branches on switches, deletes, maintenance and off hires
  • Collection of Accounts Receivable
  • Timely maintenance on vehicles


  • Legally authorised to work full time in the UK without restriction
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office software
