As part of our ongoing expansion, we have opportunities for temporary support for our National accounts Fleet control team. The position will be based at our Shrewsbury Head Office

Responsibilities

The role will involve learning how to assist customers with vehicle maintenance queries over the phone. Working alongside our current team of Fleet Coordinators you will learn how to schedule, plan, monitor and pro-actively control all routine maintenance. The training will also cover managing and pro-actively controlling unscheduled maintenance, including roadside breakdowns and to ensure a high standard of customer service.

You will be able to demonstrate a keen work ethic and be looking to work in a fast paced environment.

Competitive Salary. This is a full time temporary position working 42 hours per week Monday to Friday and every other Saturday from 8.00am to 12.00pm.

Qualifications

  • Transport/Fleet Maintenance/Vehicle Rental experience would be beneficial, although  full training will be provided.
  • Customer Service experience
  • Admin /experience in Microsoft Office is preferable.
