Customer Assistance Representative - Southampton

As part of our ongoing expansion, we have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Assistance Representative to join our team in Southampton.
This is a full time position working 42 hours per week Monday to Friday and alternate Saturday mornings, although applicants requiring flexible working will also be considered for this position. The starting salary for this role is £21,250.00 increasing by £1000 on completion of training.
The location for this position is: 18, Premier Way, Abbey park industrial estate, Romsey SO51 9DQ
The role will involve building relationships and communicating with existing and prospective customers in person and via phone and email communications. The successful candidate will be tasked with a variety of responsibilities from sales and marketing to handling customer requests and will need to be a great team player.
