As part of our ongoing expansion, we have an exciting opportunity for Trainee Fleet Coordinators to join our Contact Centre Team. Please note this is home-based position and flexible working hours (minumum 30 hours per week) will be considered for this role. 

Responsibilities

The role will involve learning how to assist customers with vehicle maintenance queries over the phone. Working alongside our current team of Fleet Coordinators you will learn how to schedule, plan, monitor and pro-actively control all routine maintenance. The training will also cover managing and pro-actively controlling unscheduled maintenance, including roadside breakdowns and to ensure a high standard of customer service.

This is a full time position working 42 hours per week Monday to Friday and every other Saturday from 8.00am to 12.00pm, although applicants requiring flexible working (minimum 30 hours per week) will also be considered for this position.

Qualifications

  • Applicants must have a permanent residence with a designated working space (home office, spare room etc) which is clean, ventilated and free from any form of distraction or excessive background noise
  • Applicants must be able to make use of their own desktop / laptop PC, Mobile Phone (no call costs to you) and their own internet / broadband in this role (minimum technical requirements do apply)
